RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to withdraw, without any penalty, no later than 7 (seven) working days from delivery. Subjects who cannot be classified as consumers are excluded from the legislative decree, i.e. those who act for purposes related to any professional activity carried out, i.e. those who place an order indicating the VAT number for the invoice. The right of withdrawal is exercised within the established deadline, upon request for authorization to the e-mail address info@baddiez.it.

The exchange or return of clothing (including accessories) is permitted in the event that the products are defective or faulty. In these cases, the service is free and the return shipping costs are always paid by Baddiez.it. We invite our customers to collaborate with us by following our procedure for sending returns and not to send us goods for which the right of withdrawal is not applicable. Once the goods have been received, Baddiez.it will arrange a size change or refund the entire amount paid by the customer, excluding shipping costs, directly to the credit card used for payment, or via the PayPal platform. Attention: in the event that the right of withdrawal is not applicable, the products will be returned to the sender with shipping paid by the customer.
